Located in the La Perla neighbourhood, in Mar del Plata, VIVE proposes a reflection on contemporary housing and new ways of inhabiting the city. The project starts from a simple premise: improving everyday quality of life through luminous, ventilated spaces connected to nature.

In an increasingly dense urban context, architecture seeks to recover essential qualities of dwelling. Natural light, open views, cross ventilation and the presence of greenery become the project's main materials.

The dwellings are organised to maximise the entry of light and air, favouring dual orientation and cross ventilation. This strategy not only improves environmental comfort, but also generates healthier, more flexible and pleasant spaces for everyday life.

Balconies and extensions function as a natural extension of the interior spaces. More than simple exterior surfaces, they are spaces of permanence that incorporate vegetation, expand views and strengthen the relationship between dwelling and city.

Architecture is expressed through a clear and contemporary image. Materiality, proportions and attention to detail build a serene identity, where each decision seeks balance between functionality, permanence and spatial quality.

VIVE understands the home as a support for life. A place where architecture does not seek to impose itself, but to accompany. A building designed so that light, air and nature form part of the everyday experience of inhabiting the city.
