A building of contemporary aesthetic that communicates the ideals of solidity, transparency and flexibility. Located on a plot of 10.39m × 25.98m in the city of Mar del Plata, in the Plaza Mitre neighbourhood.

The building is composed of half-floor two-room units, full-floor three-room units, a barbecue area with terrace and parking. Through a translucent movable panel, the kitchen can be used open or closed in relation to the dining room, as the situation requires.
