El edificio se materializa dentro de un elemento que sintetiza su imagen (marco), lo individualiza del contexto y, a su vez, potencia y direcciona la relación interior-exterior. Posee una estética contemporánea, que busca comunicar los significados de calidez y solidez.
Los espesores de cada uno de los elementos que componen la fachada del edificio enriquecen el contacto del mismo con la ciudad. Los parasoles otorgan movimiento a una fachada que es simétrica. Los balcones en ambos frentes, se ensanchan hacia la calle convirtiéndose en terrazas que permiten aprovechar la mejor orientación. El arco en la planta de actividades comunes resuelve el remate del edificio y le otorga escala urbana al mismo.
Se desarrolla en altura, cuenta con un vidriado hall de acceso y cocheras en planta baja, un subsuelo de cocheras y bauleras, ocho niveles de departamentos y en la planta superior, quincho, gimnasio y terraza con solárium. El diseño del edificio junto con el de la estructura, permite obtener distintas configuraciones de planta, semipisos de 2 y 3 ambientes, plantas con dos unidades de 2 ambientes y un monoambiente, o pisos completos de 4 ambientes.
The building materialises within an element that synthesises its image (frame), individualises it from the context and, at the same time, enhances and directs the interior-exterior relationship. It possesses a contemporary aesthetic that seeks to convey the meanings of warmth and solidity.
The thickness of each of the elements that compose the facade of the building enriches its contact with the city. The sun louvres give movement to a facade that is symmetrical. The balconies on both facades widen towards the street, becoming terraces that make the most of the best orientation. The arch in the communal activities floor resolves the building's crown and gives it an urban scale.
It develops vertically, with a glazed entrance hall and parking on the ground floor, a parking and storage basement, eight residential floors and, on the upper level, a barbecue terrace, gym and terrace with solarium. The design of the building, together with that of the structure, allows different floor plan configurations to be obtained: half-floors of 2 and 3 rooms, floors with two 2-room units and a studio, or full floors of 4 rooms.
