Ubicado en un terreno de 11,46m × 21,65m de la Ciudad de Mar del Plata, en una zona en plena renovación de su tejido edilicio, Bonjo V se concibe como un edificio residencial de estética contemporánea.
El proyecto profundiza en la conformación de un límite de carácter tridimensional que ayude a potenciar el espacio interior y exterior, y la relación entre el edificio y la ciudad. Dicho límite funciona como filtro de privacidad y ruidos mientras responde a su implantación generando un espacio de expansión protegido del clima y de los fuertes vientos.
La materialización del límite tridimensional se da a través de una secuencia variable de planos verticales de ladrillo visto y revoque pintado, que mientras le otorgan movimiento a la fachada, establecen un diálogo con el contexto urbano a través de materiales que referencian el patrimonio cultural local.
Located on a plot of 11.46m × 21.65m in the City of Mar del Plata, in an area undergoing full renewal of its building fabric, Bonjo V is conceived as a residential building of contemporary aesthetic.
The project deepens the formation of a three-dimensional boundary that helps to enhance both interior and exterior space, and the relationship between the building and the city. This boundary functions as a filter for privacy and noise while responding to its implantation by generating an expansion space protected from the climate and strong winds.
The materialisation of the three-dimensional boundary is achieved through a variable sequence of vertical planes in exposed brick and painted render, which while giving movement to the facade, establish a dialogue with the urban context through materials that reference local cultural heritage.
