Esta vivienda está emplazada en la localidad de La Caleta, partido de Mar Chiquita, y ha sido concebida como un refugio de fin de semana y veraneo para una familia. La propuesta busca conjugar superficies mínimas con una experiencia espacial que brinde tanto cobijo como conexión con el entorno natural.
El eje central del diseño es la creación de espacios intermedios que actúan como transición entre el interior y el exterior. En este sentido, la galería de hormigón armado y el quincho se convierten en los protagonistas que permiten vivir el afuera de manera fluida y protegida.

La cubierta inclinada de madera, de líneas sintéticas y depuradas, no solo resuelve la protección climática, sino que también ofrece esa sensación de refugio acogedor que envuelve a toda la vivienda.
El uso de piedra local y una paleta de colores claros refuerzan la conexión con el entorno costero y natural de La Caleta, generando una estética serena y atemporal. De esta manera, la vivienda no solo se presenta como un lugar de descanso, sino como un diálogo respetuoso y fluido con la naturaleza que la rodea.
This dwelling is located in La Caleta, district of Mar Chiquita, and has been conceived as a weekend and summer retreat for a family. The proposal seeks to combine minimal floor areas with a spatial experience that provides both shelter and connection with the natural surroundings.
The central axis of the design is the creation of intermediate spaces that act as transition between interior and exterior. In this sense, the reinforced concrete gallery and the barbecue area become the protagonists that allow the outdoors to be experienced in a fluid and sheltered way.

The sloped timber roof, with its synthetic and refined lines, not only resolves climatic protection, but also offers that feeling of welcoming shelter that envelops the entire dwelling.
The use of local stone and a palette of light colours reinforces the connection with the coastal and natural surroundings of La Caleta, generating a serene and timeless aesthetic. In this way, the dwelling is presented not only as a place of rest, but as a respectful and fluid dialogue with the nature that surrounds it.
