La vivienda de uso permanente se encuentra ubicada en La Caleta, barrio parque de la costa atlántica a 25 kilómetros al norte de Mar del Plata. La premisa radica en aprovechar la relación con el privilegiado entorno, convirtiendo las visuales en el principal objetivo del proyecto.
Con el fin de resolver las necesidades de una familia joven en crecimiento, la vivienda fue diseñada para construirse en dos etapas de modo que la planta baja funcione independientemente de su futuro crecimiento. La segunda etapa se construyó financiada por un Crédito Procrear.
A partir de estas premisas se diseñó una vivienda conformada por dos prismas rectangulares puros que se superponen generando una L, aprovechando al máximo el paisaje verde y el asoleamiento en los sectores más públicos. La profundidad de la fachada posibilita controlar el ingreso de los rayos del sol en cada ambiente, mientras los aventanamientos actúan como cuadros que enmarcan el paisaje.
The permanent-use dwelling is located in La Caleta, a park neighbourhood on the Atlantic coast 25 kilometres north of Mar del Plata. The premise lies in taking advantage of the relationship with the privileged surroundings, making the views the primary objective of the project.
In order to meet the needs of a young and growing family, the dwelling was designed to be built in two stages so that the ground floor functions independently from its future growth. The second stage was built financed by a Procrear Credit.
From these premises, a dwelling was designed comprising two pure rectangular prisms that overlap to form an L-shape, making the most of the green landscape and sunlight in the most public areas. The depth of the facade makes it possible to control the entry of sunlight into each space, while the windows act as frames that capture the landscape.
